Orders & Payments

When you place an order through adoreprana.com, you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

Your order is considered final once payment has been processed and you’ve received a confirmation from us.

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona).

We currently accept secure payments through Klarna and WooPayments, which process credit and debit cards.

Your payment information is handled securely through these third-party providers — we never store or have access to your full card details.

Once payment is approved, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If an item is out of stock or a payment fails, we’ll contact you by email to arrange a refund or alternative solution.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with DB Schenker to your chosen pick-up point. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently ship within Sweden only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
During holidays or high-demand periods, delivery times may vary slightly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us at hello@adoreprana.com.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

We do offer all of our customers free returns – however we recommend customers to think twice since it affects our planet.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached (not cut or removed) and free from odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair.

Because all Adore Prana pieces are made with care — including rhinestone and printed designs — we do accept returns of these items only as long as they are in original, unworn condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, altered/removed tags, or damage.

Items that show visible signs of use (such as stains, odors, makeup, or deodorant marks) will not be accepted.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


Shipping costs from placing the order are non-refundable.

Complaints

Defects or damages upon arrival

We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

If your order arrives damaged or visibly defective (for example, missing rhinestones, loose seams, or stains), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for quicker handling. E-mail us at hello@adoreprana.com. Please include clear photos of the issue..

Because our pieces are hand-printed and feature rhinestone details, small variations in color, print, or rhinestone placement are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

We cannot take responsibility for normal wear and tear, or for damage caused by washing, ironing, or handling that does not follow the care instructions.

Please always follow the care guide included with your order.

We may ask for additional photos or a return of the product for inspection before a resolution is provided.

According to Swedish consumer law, customers have the right to make a complaint within 3 years of purchase for any fault that can be traced back to a manufacturing or original defect.

Faults discovered later

If you discover a fault later, such as print cracking or rhinestones coming off despite following the care instructions, please contact us as soon as possible — and within a reasonable time after noticing the issue.


Please note:

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Damage caused by washing above 40°C, tumble drying, or ironing directly over the print or rhinestones is not eligible for complaint.

Minor variations in print or rhinestone placement are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Our products are designed and tested for normal use and washing at 40°C. Rhinestones and prints are attached using professional-grade materials, but should always be handled gently.

Shipping Damages

All orders are carefully packed before shipping.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening it.
If the product itself is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. at hello@adoreprana.com, including photos of the product and the outer packaging.

We’ll review your case and help find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that we can only assist with damages that are reported promptly and supported with photo documentation.
Keep all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that while we process refunds immediately after approval, it may take up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account due to your bank’s handling time.

If you haven’t received the refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@adoreprana.com.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Please keep all related documentation (such as email confirmation and correspondence) until your case has been fully resolved.

Liability & Product information

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, photos, and details shown on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, small variations in color, placement of prints, or rhinestone arrangement may occur, as our tees are printed individually.

We are not responsible for slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings. We cannot guarantee that every product image on your screen perfectly represents the actual item.

Adore Prana cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or external events outside our control.

We also reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product information, or availability without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update or make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Any updates will be posted on this page, and the latest version will always apply to all purchases made after the update date. We encourage customers to review this page occasionally to stay informed about our current policies.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all purchases made through adoreprana.com are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes will first be handled through communication and mutual understanding. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be resolved in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This includes information you provide when placing an order, signing up for our newsletter, or contacting us through our website.
