We offer free returns within Sweden – but we always recommend our customers to think twice and read or size guide before shopping, since returns affects or planet.
Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Adore Prana pieces but if something doesn't feel quite right or you want to exchange size – you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
To qualify for a return items must be: in original, unworn condition.
– Unused and unwashed
– Have all tags still attached (not cut or removed)
– Free from makeup, deodorant, pet hair or odors
Each return is carefully inspected upon arrival.
Items that show visible signs of use (such as stains, odors, makeup, or deodorant marks) will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, altered/removed tags or damage.

Free returns apply only to orders within Sweden.
For international orders, return shipping is not included — but we’re happy to help you calculate the cost and guide you through the process.
Complaints
Defects or damages upon arrival
Every Adore Prana product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
If your order arrives damaged or visibly defective (for example, missing rhinestones, loose seams, or stains), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for quicker handling. E-mail us at hello@adoreprana.com. Please include clear photos of the issue.
According to Swedish consumer law, customers have the right to make a complaint within 3 years of purchase for any fault that can be traced back to a manufacturing or original defect.
Always let us know within a reasonable time after you noticed the defect.
Minor variations in print or rhinestone placement are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Faults discovered later
If you discover a fault later, such as print cracking or rhinestones coming off despite following the care instructions, please contact us as soon as possible — and within a reasonable time after noticing the issue.
Please note:
Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Damage caused by washing above 40°C, tumble drying, or ironing directly over the print or rhinestones is not eligible for complaint. Read or Care Guide at the website or on the following card in your order for care instructions.

Our products are designed and tested for normal use and washing at 40°C. Rhinestones and prints are attached using professional-grade materials, but should always be handled gently.
Adore Prana cannot take responsibility for damage caused by washing above 40°C, tumble drying, ironing directly over prints, or other improper care.

Send us an e-mail with the subject "Return request – Order #1234".
In the e-mail make sure to include:
– Your full name
– The regarding order number
– The article you want to return (model, color, size)
– The reason (shortly) of you want to return it. (Wrong size, regret etc.)
– A picture on the item with the tag visible, it helps us accept the return faster.
2. Wait for approval & further instructions
Once we’ve received your email, we’ll review your request and reply with approval, our return address, and a reference ID (to be written on the package).
Do not ship any items before receiving our approval.
3. Pack & Ship
– Use the original packaging if possible.
– All tags must remain attached, and the item must be unused and clean.
– Follow further instructions provided in the e-mail sent from us
– We have a free return policy. However think twice since returns affect our planet.
4. Refund
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@adoreprana.com.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed through the same payment method you used at checkout.
The refund will be issued to the same account you paid with. These refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and your bank’s processing time.
